8. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized jackets
- Personalized products
- Clearance and final sale items
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both USA and international orders. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (up to 5–10 business days). Additional time may be required depending on your payment provider.
9. Exchanges
Size exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability and the same conditions as returns. International customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges.
