30-Day Easy Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Product must not be from clearance, final sale, or customized category
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized jackets
- Personalized products
- Clearance and final sale items
Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and the same eligibility conditions mentioned above.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days (may take up to 5–10 business days).
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake).
- Depending on your payment provider, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account.
Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
- In such cases, we will bear the return shipping cost.

Important Notes
- Return request must be submitted first. Return authorization will be provided after approval.
- All returns must be shipped with proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- For international orders, import duties, customs taxes, and VAT are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Refused deliveries may result in deduction of original shipping charges.
